Stay Hydrated in Hot Weather This Week!

As temperatures rise this week, it’s crucial to stay hydrated to keep yourself healthy and comfortable.

Here are a few tips:

  • Drink Plenty of Water: Aim to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, even if you don’t feel thirsty.
  • Stay in shades: These can lead to dehydration.
  • Eat Water-Rich Foods: Include fruits and vegetables like cucumbers, watermelons, and oranges in your diet.
  • Carry a Water Bottle: Keep a refillable water bottle with you to stay hydrated on the go.
  • Stay Cool: Seek shade, and wear light clothing.
  • Stay in the Shade: Whenever possible, stay in shaded areas to keep your body temperature down.

Stay safe!
