**Celebrating Deaf Awareness Month!**
The Idaho Association of the Deaf (IAD) is excited to announce a series of events across different cities in honor of Deaf Awareness Month this September! 
Our Deaf Education/Interpreters Programs, and ASL Clubs proudly participate as volunteers in the statewide 5th Walk for American Sign Language (Walk4ASL). This event is important in promoting early access to visual language, which is vital for the language development and academic success of Deaf and Hard of Hearing (D/HH) students.
By joining Walk4ASL, we are raising awareness and funds to support families with D/HH, ensuring they receive free sign language education and support.
